a quantity of和quantities of的區(qū)別

quantities of:修飾不可數(shù)名詞時,謂語用復數(shù)，例如Quantities of food (nuts) were on the table；a quantity of:修飾不可數(shù)名詞時,謂語用單數(shù)。例如A large quantity of beer was sold out。
