當你問周圍的人，什么是中國最重要的節日，我想百分之九十九的人會說出同一個答案，那就是春節。關于春節的由來，還有個古老的故事。一個叫“年”的猛獸，會時不時的襲擊人們。為了趕跑猛獸年，人們不得不在舊年的最后一天放鞭炮，在正門和窗戶上貼上紅紙。幸運的是，年因為害怕鞭炮的響聲和紅色的貼紙，不敢再來了。為了紀念這一天，我們的老祖宗把新年農歷的第一天定為“春節”。

在春節期間，所有的家庭成員都在除夕的晚上會聚集在一起吃年夜飯。魚、蘋果、面條、餃子、豬肉、雞肉、糖果是餐桌上必不可少的。“魚”代表著“年年有余”;“蘋果”預示著“做事情平平安安，順順利利”;“面條”表示“健康長壽”，至于其他的，表示新年會甜甜蜜蜜有好運氣。
